Monika is an academician, an astute professional and have been serving K-12 segment since last more than 2 decades. She has been in to leadership positions in various renowned Schools in Delhi NCR region. She believes in accepting bigger challenges and have an expertise in launching successfully greenfield projects and scaling them up. Her understanding of ever-changing dynamics of education is exemplary and under her leadership schools have grown exponentially. Currently she is working with Sparsh Global School, Gr No as a Founding Principal and launched the school with astounding numbers . She is part of the core team as well which would create a platform to scale the operations in next three years .
