In summers, school timing is 7.45am- 2.00pm. In winters, school timing is 8.30 am to 2.30pm

What are the next steps once the application is submitted?

Once an application is complete (all required documents have been submitted and appropriate fee payments have been made) the applicant’s name will be put on the waiting list. The Admissions Office will get in touch with you whenever a place is available as per your waiting list status.

Can I register online?

Yes, in fact you can only register online. Some key documents like photograph need to be uploaded at the time of registration itself and others are required to be delivered by hand or by courier.

How will I pay the registration fees?

You may make the payment at the fee counter through cash/DD or by using a credit/debit card/online option as convenient. Please do note that your registration is not considered complete until the payment has been received. Bank charges may apply for this transaction.

Is the Registration fee refundable?

The registration fee is completely non refundable and does not guarantee admission.

When do I have to pay the school tuition fees?

When the school makes the offer of admission, the fees for students residing in India are to be paid within three working days of the date of the invoice.

Can my child join school late as long I have paid the fees?

No, new students must be in school physically within one week after the offer of admission. Exceptions will be made only after prior approval from the relevant Principal. If we do not hear from the parents in a week’s time, the offer of admission will be void and the seat will be forfeited. Returning students should refer to the school attendance policy for their particular section of the school.

What is the school’s policy for refunds of deposits if a child is leaving the school?

Families who wish to withdraw their children from school need to inform the Admissions Office and the Accounts Office in writing.Refundable deposits are fully refundable only if the notice is given in writing to the Accounts office with a copy to the Admissions officeThose who are uncertain of the exact date of their departure may give a provisional withdrawal notice to ensure refund of deposits. Students will remain on our rolls until final confirmation of withdrawal is given.Immediate intimation of withdrawal as soon as you know that your children may leave the school, helps us in being prompt with your refunds and your child’s transcripts and other documents as per the school policy.

Is there a school uniform?

Yes, we have school uniforms for students from Nursery to Year 12. There are separate winter and summer uniforms for daily wear and Physical Education (PE). Uniforms may be bought from the from the school dress counter as per the schedule announced.

Does the school have buses for students?

JPIS has its own fleet of GPS enabled 50 buses to cater to the needs of our students and staff. The transport network predominantly covers all the major & important locations of Gr. Noida, Noida and adjoining areas.

Yes, JPIS has smart classes wherein every learner has the opportunity to attend smart classes.

What are the security arrangements at School?

Yes, the mission of the office of campus security is to provide a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff and campus visitors. The management of the school has taken several measures and hired a private security agency and covered the entire campus under CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety and security of everyone around. Further, in addition to the campus security, JPIS has a fleet of 50 GPS enabled buses which has camera fitted inside for better tracking, monitoring and control.
