A CBSE Capacity Building Programme on ‘Life skills’ was organized at JP International school on Saturday, 11th August,2018. The resource persons for the workshop were Ms. Deepti Sharma (Principal), Pragyan Public School, and Mr Dhiraj Singh. The workshop began with a welcome address by Principal Ms. Heema Sharma, HM Primary Ms. Himani Taneja coordinated the event which was attended by HM Middle school Ms.Upma Singh and Pre Primary Coordinator Ms. Harshita Tiwari. Around 107 teachers from the distinguished schools of NCR participated in the workshop. The focus of the workshop was on Life skills programme which equips an individual with the social and interpersonal skills that enables them to cope with the increasing pace and change of modern life. Students also need new life skills such as the ability to deal with stress and frustration. The workshop included many activities incorporating life skills that were enthusiastically performed by all the participants. Vote of thanks was extended by senior Headmistress Ms. Jhumur Chakravorty. The participants were felicitated with the certificates of participation towards the end.
