CINEMASTIC 2018 inaugural ceremony was held in JP International School Greater Noida on 26th October. During the whole week from 26th Oct’18 – 31st Oct’18 the children of JPIS enjoyed CINEMASTIC 2018. The Film Festival was inaugurated by President, Mr. Arun Kedia and was graced with the presence of Ms. Heema Sharma- Principal, Sr. HM Ms. Jhumur Chakravorty, Middle HM Ms. Upma Singh, Primary HM Ms. Himani Taneja and Primary Coordinator Ms. Harshita Verma.
“The purpose of the film festival is to encourage students’ creation, communication, and collaboration by providing a platform for community recognition.” Students of all the grades from Pre- Nursery to VIII attended film screenings and activities throughout the school, eye-opening films from around the world that inspire creativity, promote media literacy, and encourage critical thinking. Movies that were shown were ‘The Incredible, Ice Age, The Lion King, Beauty and the beast, Jumanji, Babe, Star Wars, Avengers’ for different age groups.
