Dance is the conversation of the body with the soul. As an art form, it has been an integral part of Indian culture and heritage since ancient times. The diverse culture of India exquisitely treasures a wide variety of dance forms that vary in style of different regions across the country. It is rightly considered as one of the most captivating art forms and beautifully showcases self-expression. In its true sense, dance is not just a good form of exercise, but is also a great source for boosting creativity, imagination, confidence and focus of young hearts.
JP International School hosted an enthralling Sports Dance competition in collaboration with Dance sports council of Gautam Buddha Nagar on 25th September 2021. The participants dressed in enticing traditional/western attires from various schools along with In-house students showcased/ displayed their brilliant dancing skills and mesmerized the audience by their spectacular performance.
Several eminent personalities from the chosen domain presided over the ceremony.

It was indeed a matter of great pride and joy watching approximately 120 students explore the rich cultural heritage of dances of India through the District Dance Sports Championship.
