‘International Women’s Day‘ was celebrated at J.P. international School, Gr. Noida on March 8, 2022, with zeal and zest. The members of JPIS family paid tribute to the invincible spirit of women across the globe.
The event celebrates women’s achievements and raises awareness about women’s equality and lobbies for accelerated gender parity.
The School Principal, Mrs. Ruby Chandel, in her address shared that we are blessed to be women and teachers. Being teachers we are empowering the children.
She also motivated the teachers by saying that we are unstoppable, empowered, elegant, creators, loving, beautiful, and should believe in ourselves.
Inspirational videos of Arunima Sinha and Kalpana Saroj were shown on the projector to spark and ignite in the staff members to do something different and identify their real capabilities.
Beautiful hand-made fridge magnets were distributed to all the teachers on this occasion as a token of love & appreciation for their work. The significance of the Day was highlighted by the various performances by the teachers. Rendition of a heart-throbbing song and a heart-touching shayri kept everybody spellbound.
The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by secondary HM ma’am Ms. Parul Sardana. It proved to be a huge success and the staff members thanked the School management for recognizing their contribution.
