Culmination of Heritage Week

On May 6th, 2024, JP International School in Greater Noida celebrated the culmination of Heritage Week with full student participation, marking a memorable occasion of cultural exchange and celebration. The entire student body enthusiastically engaged in a myriad of activities, from cultural performances to interactive workshops, showcasing the richness of their diverse heritages. Students embraced the opportunity to share their traditions, customs, and stories with their peers, fostering a deep sense of cultural pride and understanding.

The school Principal, Ms. Ruby Chandel emphasized the importance of Heritage Week as a celebration of our diverse cultural backgrounds and shared histories. She highlighted how it fosters a sense of pride and unity among students, encouraging them to explore and appreciate their heritage. Throughout Heritage Week, students from all backgrounds actively engaged in various activities, presentations, and discussions, showcasing the richness of their cultural heritage. During the heritage week, students from different classes (3rd to 10th) participated in different activities like Gujarati garba, puppet making, class Dhamma, Punjabi, dance,time travelling tales, posters, Rajasthani dance and Maharashtrian dance etc.

Overall, these activities not only entertained but also educated and fostered a sense of cultural appreciation among our school community. This event was a great opportunity for our students to learn more about our heritage and traditions in a fun and engaging way.
