JPIS Interactors attended the most prestigious event DILA
JP International School Interactors enthusiastically participated in District Interact Leadership Assembly (DILA) 2024 on the theme " Magic of Rotary" of Rotary International District 3012. The DILA was inaugurated by the District Governor Rtn. Prashant Raj Sharma and other dignitaries on 22nd August 24 at Amity University, Noida.
Over 1200 students from Interact Clubs of various schools across Delhi NCR participated in the Assembly.
Addressing the students, District Governor Rtn. Prashant Raj Sharma stated that the Leadership Assembly has been aptly themed "Magic of Rotary" which inspires the young Interactors to aim high and achieve the same. He stated that, through DILA, young students are motivated to serve humanity and society and encouraged for" Service above self " , which is the motto of Rotary Interact Club.
The purpose behind the grand event like DILA is to bring all the Interactors together from across the state and NCR where they learn to organize events, develop moral values and get ready to serve the society and nation. The event experienced many renowned personalities’ magical words for young Interactors that can shape the country into a sustainable, healthy, developed nation.
On the occasion, Rtn. Sachin Vats, said that children, right from early ages, should be encouraged to nurture values of patience, care, service above self and willingness to contribute towards the betterment of human beings and society.
JPIS Interactors were enthusiastic throughout the event and grabbed all the information which can motivate and support them throughout the session to achieve their goals towards a sustainable, happy, healthy and prosperous society and community with their ‘Services above self’.
The Principal, Ms Ruby Chandel, praised the interactors for their profound Interest in inculcating sensitivity and understanding through the DILA for charging their responsibilities and duties in the society.
