‘International Women’s Day‘ was celebrated at J.P. international School, Gr. Noida on March 8, 2022, with zeal and zest. The members of JPIS family paid tribute to the invincible spirit of women across the globe.

The event celebrates women’s achievements and raises awareness about women’s equality and lobbies for accelerated gender parity.

The School Principal, Mrs. Ruby Chandel, in her address shared that we are blessed to be women and teachers. Being teachers we are empowering the children.
She also motivated the teachers by saying that we are unstoppable, empowered, elegant, creators, loving, beautiful, and should believe in ourselves.

Inspirational videos of Arunima Sinha and Kalpana Saroj were shown on the projector to spark and ignite in the staff members to do something different and identify their real capabilities.

Beautiful hand-made fridge magnets were distributed to all the teachers on this occasion as a token of love & appreciation for their work. The significance of the Day was highlighted by the various performances by the teachers. Rendition of a heart-throbbing song and a heart-touching shayri kept everybody spellbound.

The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by secondary HM ma’am Ms. Parul Sardana. It proved to be a huge success and the staff members thanked the School management for recognizing their contribution.

Believing in his words JP International School in collaboration with Sharp NGO organised a special webinar on 2nd February 2022 to make the children aware about diabetes.
The resource person Ms. Aleeza Hasan explained about various types of diabetes, its causes, preventions and cures. With the help of videos and fun activity sheets, children learnt easily how to fight Type 1 diabetes and prevent it.

The children have been explained in a very interesting manner with the help of animated characters that if somebody is suffering from Type 1 diabetes, he should check his blood sugar levels on a regular basis, take right medicines i.e. insulin, eat healthy food like fruits, vegetables, whole grains etc. and avoid sweets, chocolates and fried food. The importance of exercising has also been explained very well in the session. The host kept the students busy and involved during the workshop by asking them to do the fun worksheets.

The session concluded with the poll where most of the students gave correct answers to the questions being asked to them and showed that how well they have understood everything. Such sessions are always helpful to make children healthy and wise.

On 31st January Pre-Primary wing celebrated the birthdays of the children born in the month of January.

The birthday kids dressed up in party wear while their classmates sang a birthday song for them and sent good wishes, smiles and happiness across the virtual platform.

A special birthday slide with recorded birthday song was played during the online classes. They enjoyed the party food during the celebration, played some games and enjoyed a lot in celebration.

The Atal Tinkering Lab of JP International School has again achieved a milestone by conducting a Virtual workshop on Android App Development on 19th of

January’2022 for classes VI to VIII students to enhance their command over Android App Development. Training was organized by “Avishkaar Team in association with NITI Aayog” and the resource person were Ms. Amanpreet Kaur, Ms. Vishakha Sharma and Mr. Ankit.

Android App Development helped students to learn programming in a fun and interactive setting. The organizer provoked the thrust of technology and innovation in the app development world.

The discussion among the students and the trainer was incredibly flexible and informative and students learned to use MIT App Inventor – Massachusetts Institute of Technology to learn about the coding or programming and use of AI Companion App, to build a working mobile app.

The event witnessed overwhelming response from the students and approximately 98 students participated in this event.

JP International School conducted a special assembly to mark the World Consumer Day. Students from classes VI to IX performed various acts allowing the audience to learn about laws, the process and the schemes related to consumers’ concerns. They also showcased various symbols that everyone should be familiar with when they buy any product from the market. The skit further highlighted the rights of consumer and how to approach consumer court for compensation in case of any cheating by the seller. Overall it was very informative assembly creating awareness and giving insight about the topic. The Principal Ruby Chandel praised the teacher incharge Mr Bilal Hassan Zaidi for the students’ remarkable performance.

The Magic of Christmas never ends and its greatest of gifts are Family and Friends!!!

Jingling the bells of Christmas cheer, the students and staff of JP International School, Greater Noida celebrated Christmas on 22nd December 2020  with full pomp and show.

Students of Grade 1 showed their dancing skills and wrote wishes to Santa. Grade 2 students wrote letters to Santa to tell what they want from Santa and enjoyed Santa freeze activity. Grade 3 students performed ramp walk and hooked the audience with their perfect posture and confidence. Grade 4 students sang Christmas carols to make the season jolly and molly! Grade 5 students made beautiful Christmas cards  and enacted a beautiful play with a strong message mesmerizing the audience with their acting skills.

To make the celebration memorable for children, Santa Claus distributed cake and candies amongst them which brought a big smile on each one’s face.

Our honorable Principal ma’am Ms. Ruby Chandel and Secondary HM ma’am Ms. Parul Sardana witnessed the whole event and appreciated students’ efforts alongwith wishing them.

Christmas is not only a celebration, it is not just a time to party, but it is a time to return!!! Christmas tis the season of JOY and season OF GIVING!!!

Teachers emphasized the true bliss and blessings we have during all and any festival. But along with that, we must remember to GIVE back to those who need it the most!! Teachers reminded the students not to take anything for granted, to always share and spread happiness.

“Periods is nothing to be ashamed of”.

Keeping this in mind students from the Interact club of JP International school visited the Rajkiye prathmik vidyala which is situated in Ghangola village.Sanitary pads were distributed to the girls and they were briefed about the hygiene to be kept in mind during the periods.
