Guru Purnima Pooja Celebration

Performing art department of JPIS organized a beautiful pooja ceremony on Guru Purnima ( 3.7.23 ). The ceremony started with the pooja of Goddess Saraswati by Principal Ma'am Ms. Ruby Chandel. 

This is very important for Classical Dance/Music students to worship their ghungroo's and Instruments with taking aashirwad from their teachers.

Students gathered with excitement, carrying flowers and incense to offer during the ceremony.
The atmosphere was filled with devotional music played by the music faculty. His melodious tunes created a serene ambiance, making the pooja even more meaningful.

Each student was given a small lamp to light, symbolizing the enlightenment they have received through their teachers' wisdom.
Prayers are recited, expressing our heartfelt gratitude for the teachings and guidance we had received.
The pooja concluded with a collective chant of gratitude, and filled the school with positive vibrations. We felt a deep sense of reverence and appreciation for our gurus, acknowledging their valuable contributions to our lives.
