Health well-being Session for board graders

JP International School, Greater Noida, organized an insightful session for the graders of X & XII on Mental Well-being on August 18th, 2023. Distinguished guests included Ms. Neeru Khera, a creative film producer, and director known for integrating arts into scientific research; Mr. Swaran Preet Singh, a renowned Professor of Social and Community Psychiatry at Warwick Medical School and Director of the Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing at University of Warwick. The event commenced with a warm welcome and felicitation of the esteemed guests, followed by an enlightening movie centered on Mental Well-being. The guests shared their expertise, addressing students's queries and emphasizing the significance of nurturing mental health.

The school Principal, Ms. Ruby Chandel lauded the initiative, highlighting its importance in fostering a healthy learning environment along with some healthy tips to overcome their anxiety and streets. The session concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the guest's valuable insights. This event marked a significant step towards promoting mental well-being among students and the school community.
