Personal Hygiene Workshop Organized by Interact Club

On 26th December 2024, the Interact Club of our school organized two important sessions to promote personal hygiene education and empower individuals.

The first session, held for the school girls, focused on the importance of personal hygiene. The session aimed to raise awareness, dispel common myths, and encourage open discussions on the topic through a PowerPoint presentation and interactive discussions in AV Room and school Library. The girls were motivated to adopt healthy hygiene habits and feel confident in managing their personal care.

The second session was aimed at the female supporting staff of the school. It provided practical guidance on the correct use of sanitary napkins, including proper usage, disposal methods, and the importance of menstrual hygiene. The session was conducted with sensitivity, ensuring that the participants felt comfortable and respected throughout.

Both sessions were a success. The schoolgirls expressed appreciation for the valuable information, and the female staff thanked the organizers for the practical demonstrations. These activities highlighted the Interact Club’s commitment to promoting health education and empowering individuals through awareness and guidance on personal hygiene.
