JPIS attended the  UNESCO Club event

The UNESCO Club online event held on May 10th, 2024, in this JP International School, Greater Noida, participated zealously and proudly. The event, themed "History and Culture of the Motherland," aimed to foster cultural exchange and international cooperation.

Hosted in collaboration with the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs of the Karaganda region and UNESCO Clubs of New Delhi, the event attracted 150 participants from both regions.

Esteemed guests, including Gulbakyt Serikzhanovna Zhunusova and Yessentai Mukatayuly Ashim from Karaganda Education Department, Ms. Ruby Chandel from JPIs, Ms. Sukhveer Kaur from Anand Sagar Academy and distinguished guests opened the event with warm greetings, setting a tone of collaboration.

The event featured diverse cultural presentations, including "India: A Diverse Melody Culture" by JP International School under the guidance of Principal Ms. Ruby Chandel, "Punjab Culture" by Anand Sagar Academy, Dance as a Language of International Communication" by Children's Art School of Dubovka Village UNESCO Club, and presentations on "Gandhism" by students of Pragyan Public School Jewar. Music, highlighted in performances such as "Music that Unites Generations" by Prashray Arora and "Music of My Country" by Tatyana Anatolyevna Leichner, played a central role in bridging cultural divides.

The event exemplified UNESCO's mission of promoting peace through international cooperation in education, sciences, and culture. The Principal of JP International School, along with two faculty members and students, contributed significantly to promoting UNESCO's theme and strengthening cultural ties across boundaries.
