“Knowledge of languages is the doorway to wisdom”

English is the most widely spoken language in the world. Learning it, helps to break the language barriers. The English language works in a variety of ways, thereby contributing to the holistic development of solutions related to education, self-esteem, employment and bringing communities closer. To enhance the students’ knowledge of the language and make them confident speakers, JP International School, Greater Noida organised ‘English Week’ from 25th October to 30th October 2021.

A boutonniere of engaging and interesting activities were organized during ‘English Week’ to help our students deepen their understanding of English Language and apply it to their daily lives. The activities like Self Introduction, Poem recitation, Story telling, Importance of books, Calligraphy and Elocution were organised successfully for the students of grades Nursery to V.

Students were given opportunity to showcase their communication skills and overcome their stage fear. All the students participated with zest and zeal and put forth their best efforts. Overall ‘English Week’ brought the students closer to the magic of English language and literature. Here are the glimpse of English week. Children enjoyed and also learnt a lot through the various activities organised during English week.
